At The Katchy Rose, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused

• In original condition

• Have all original tags attached

• Returned in original packaging when possible

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 3 days of delivery at thekatchyrose@gmail.com and include photos of the issue. We will review the claim and work quickly to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Books

• Activity books

• Devotionals

• Digital products and downloads

• Gift cards

• Clearance and sale items

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Any item marked "Final Sale"

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or item, please submit a return request for the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Items must be returned in original, unused condition with proof of purchase.
